Billerud is a Swedish forest products company that makes packaging materials from wood fibre. It produces paperboard, containerboard, sack paper and market pulp at mills in Sweden and elsewhere in Europe. Its customers are packaging converters, brand owners and industrial users who need strong, lightweight materials for boxes, bags and protective packaging. The company is based in Sweden and draws its raw material mainly from Nordic forests, combining pulp production with the manufacture of finished packaging papers.
