The Travelers Companies is an insurance group based in the United States that provides property and casualty coverage to individuals, businesses and communities. Its products include home, auto and personal insurance for households, along with commercial cover such as general liability, workers compensation, commercial property and management liability for companies of many sizes. Policies are distributed largely through independent agents and brokers, and the group also writes surety and specialty insurance for specialised risks.
