It owns and manages a portfolio of residential properties, mainly blocks of flats and houses, concentrated in London and the surrounding areas. Much of its housing stock is let to tenants under regulated or protected tenancy arrangements, and the company generally acquires such properties and holds them for rental income rather than trading them. Its customers are residential tenants occupying its flats and houses.
