It collects, sorts and delivers letters, parcels and other mail items for households, businesses and institutional customers, mainly in the Netherlands and neighbouring European countries. The company also runs retail post offices and provides services such as bulk mail handling and international parcel delivery, connecting senders and recipients through its network of sorting centres, depots and delivery rounds.
