The company makes drilling rig components, downhole tools, pressure pumping equipment and drilling fluids, and provides related services for well construction and completion. Its customers are energy producers and drilling contractors working in offshore and onshore fields around the world. NOV is based in Houston, Texas, and serves markets internationally through a broad manufacturing and service network.
