Deutsche EuroShop is a real estate company based in Germany that invests in shopping centres. It owns interests in inner-city shopping galleries and retail properties in German cities and other European countries, and leases space to retailers and retail chains. Its business centres on holding and managing these shopping destinations, with rental income from the shops and food and leisure tenants that occupy them. The company focuses on established retail locations rather than development or other property types.
