About Adecoagro S.A.
Adecoagro is an agricultural and agro-industrial company based in Luxembourg with its farming and processing operations in South America, chiefly Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay. It grows crops such as soybeans, corn and wheat, and runs rice, dairy and sugar and ethanol businesses, along with electricity generation from biomass. Its customers include food processors, commodity traders and fuel and energy buyers, and it also sells dairy products and rice to consumers and distributors.
