Afarak Group is a Finnish specialty metals producer based in Helsinki. The company mines and processes chrome ore and makes ferrochrome and other special alloys used in stainless and specialty steel. It also produces special grades of steel at its own works. Its customers are industrial steelmakers and metal processors, and its mining and processing operations are located in southern Africa, Turkey and Finland, with the group serving international alloy and steel markets.
