About the company
Vonovia is a German residential property company based in Bochum. It owns and manages apartments that it rents to tenants across Germany, and it also provides services connected to those homes, such as maintenance, repairs and energy supply for residents. Its customers are mainly private tenants and, to a lesser extent, institutional and commercial occupiers of its buildings. The business centres on long-term ownership and letting of residential real estate rather than on building new homes for sale.
