About the company
Gesco AG is a German industrial holding company based in Wuppertal. It acquires and supports small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses, chiefly in machinery and equipment engineering, production technology and industrial components. Its portfolio companies supply machinery, tools and technical products to industrial customers, and the parent provides management support and financial backing to those businesses. Gesco's role is to hold and develop these operating companies over the long term rather than to run a single production line itself.
