DEFAMA Deutsche Fachmarkt AG is a German property company that owns and manages retail real estate, chiefly local supply centres and retail parks in smaller towns and municipalities. Its tenants are mostly supermarket chains, discount retailers and other everyday goods retailers that serve local customers. The company is based in Berlin and handles the management of its properties itself, earning income from rents paid by its commercial tenants.
