Its centres are typically anchored by grocery stores, pharmacies and other everyday-needs retailers, and it leases space to national and regional chains as well as local tenants. The trust is based in eastern Canada and concentrates its portfolio in Atlantic Canada and neighbouring provinces, serving communities through neighbourhood and community shopping locations.

What this score is, and is not
It describes how this stock has traded: trend, momentum, risk, liquidity and dividends, each ranked against the other stocks on its own exchange. It does not measure how healthy or cheap the business is. That fundamental X-Ray needs financial statements, which we do not have for Canada yet.
