Vicinity Centres is an Australian retail property group that owns and manages shopping centres in cities and regional areas across the country. Its portfolio includes large regional malls and smaller neighbourhood and outlet centres, which it leases to retailers ranging from national chains to local businesses. The company is based in Australia and earns income mainly from rent and from managing properties for co-owners and investment partners.
